By downloading, installing, or using the SABOR - Find Your Flavor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SABOR is an AI-powered food discovery app that helps users find restaurants, street vendors, and food events in their city. The App provides personalized recommendations, curated content, and premium features available through subscription plans.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the App to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent vendor information; attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App; or use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
You may submit vendor recommendations, photos, and other content through the App. By submitting content, you grant Immaculate Entertainment a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content within the App. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
SABOR uses artificial intelligence to generate restaurant and food recommendations. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content, including restaurant names, descriptions, prices, hours, or locations. Always verify information directly with the establishment before visiting.
The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Immaculate Entertainment and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any restaurant, vendor, or food establishment recommended through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immaculate Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any foodborne illness, allergic reaction, or negative dining experience at a recommended establishment.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through your App Store account settings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
